Thermal overload relays

ABB Thermal Overload Relays TA and TF Series are engineered to protect motors against overload, phase failure, and prolonged overcurrent conditions. Operating on a reliable bimetallic thermal tripping mechanism, they disconnect the motor circuit before overheating damage occurs. These relays feature temperature compensation for stable trip accuracy, a trip contact (NC) and signal contact (NO) for monitoring, selectable automatic or manual reset, trip-free mechanism, integrated STOP and Test function, and clear trip indication. Compared to standard alternatives, they provide consistent performance, higher operational reliability, and seamless integration with ABB contactors. 

Rated Operational Voltage: Up to 690V AC, 50/60 Hz

Current Setting Range: Model dependent adjustable range

Tripping Class: Class 10A

Mounting: Direct mounting on ABB contactors or DIN rail with Mounting Kit

Auxiliary Contacts: 1 NC (Trip Contact) + 1 NO (Signal Contact)
